Love this little device. Great quality, and battery seem to last, as I have not had to charge it yet and have used it for a few days now. Not only that the buddha is adorable☺️ It's very easy to use and has 5 different settings. Comes with instructions, and the best part is that they're also printed at the bottom of the little guy so if you forget how many times to press the button to get to the breathing program you want, all you need to do is flip it. ✨🫶🏼 I get anxious during the day and sometimes forget to breathe properly. This little guy helps me get back on track without getting distracted by counting. This Breathing device should be at every school and every classroom. 😌

Great gift idea for that person with breathing/lung issues. I gave this gift to a fellow double lung transplant recipient. I wish I would have had one when I received my new lungs last year. It is hard to re-learn how to breathe again. I got the sloth and he is so cute! And he is soft! Adorable! My friend who received him loves him also!

EDIT: Fantastic customer service! Would likely order from this company again :) Such mixed opinions on this. I feel like I would be completely satisfied with my purchase if I had not upgraded to the one with sound features. The sounds for this are pretty awful. They sound artificial and noisy. But on the other hand, I love the lights. The colors are beautiful and blend well together and I adore the night light feature! There are a couple of different breathing patterns, which is neat. It's super soft, smooth and smooshy! It comes with a charger. It's pretty small so I can imagine it'd be easy to travel with. It's cute so you don't have to worry about hiding it when it's not in use. Overall, a good value for my money if like I said, I didn't get the one with sound. Just stick with the regular one and you'll be ok.

I suffer from anxiety. It is often worse in the morning, and the feeling when it is coming on is terrible. I have tried breathing exercises before, as well as other devices intended to help me monitor my breath. None of these was as useful as this item. I bought this after seeing someone online recommend it as helpful. It sat in my cart and then in my saved for later folder, as I didn't know if a plastic breathing cloud was worth the ~$25 that this cost. After a particularly bad morning, I ordered the breathing cloud. Initially, I found it hard to sync my breath with the changing of colors, but that only pointed out to me how off my breathing was. By concentrating, I was able to follow the changing lights and regulate my breath. Over the span of a week, I found it easier and easier to regulate my breath, and with that, my anxiety lessened considerably. In fact, even when driving in the car, I used the skills I was developing through using this to calm myself and refocus. This works by the clouds changing color as you go through the different stages of breathing, such as inhale, hold, exhale, and hold. (There are several programs, but this program is most useful.) I purchased the model with the sound, and it helps with relaxation when getting ready for bed. The sound quality is very good. I like to practice breathing exercises with my eyes closed, and this doesn't have a sound to alert you to the next step in the process. However, even with your eyes closed you can "see" the colors changing. This meditation tool is worth every penny! I only regret not purchasing this earlier; it has been that effective!

Works great and love the varied options for breathwork and sound ambiance. I'm a counselor and this will be a great tool not only to help my clients when they come in stressed and overwhelmed, but also for myself between sessions to help me reset so I am at my best for the next client who needs me to be 100% focused on them.

Me arrepentí de comprarlo. Pensé que tenía más opciones o programas pero solo cambia de color en cada sección de respiración (que es algo que fácilmente puede hacerlo uno solo, contando mentalmente los segundos).
