I originally removed the California water restrictor because if I don't get good pressure, I only shower longer. The unrestricted water pressure was, however, a bit too much. Maybe others with insufficient pressure don't have this problem, but for me there was too much kickback and sometimes the water could actually hurt. Happily, this model also includes a non-California restrictor that you can switch to.The problem was I could not for the life of me figure how to jam the restrictor into the space it said to put it, because it seems to be much wider than it should be. (If, like me, you lost the user manual, one of the user videos shows it briefly.) The trick was to push down hard on it and it eventually snapped into place. Then it screws together just as normal — very easy and solidly connected.If I could improve this showerhead, I would add icons because unless you have the 6 positions memorized, it's just trial and error to find the setting you want. Also, the water pause setting doesn't work so great so I don't use it.I would also have bought the model with a longer hose. 5 feet sounded long but my shower is quite high up on the wall so it doesn't reach as far as I'd like it to, to hose down the back of the tub.

This is an update. The item was easy to install once I discovered the careless mistake I had made. I used it this morning for the first time, No leaks, good pressure, good choice of settings and the hose made it easy to get under my arms and down below. Highly recommended; greatt v alue for the money.Previous Review:-I have installed shower heads before and have plenty of experience in working with tools. However I have a problem here. My old shower removes easily from the outlet but when I try to screw on the replacement it won't screw in. It is as if it is threaded differently. As far as I can tell the sizing is correct and it seems to fit but I am unable to screw it in. I tried cleaning the female threads and tried WD 40 on the replacement part.Is it possible that the replacement is threaded differently?I like the product and will have another go at it before returning it. Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated.

It was super easy to install we took off the water pressure screen which was a mistake the pressure was crazy high we had to put the plastic thing back on even with it on its still fantastic doesn't leak at all super great shower head worth the money forsure 😀

This was okay but after 4 months out of nowhere the part that holds the shower head broke out of nowhere. Now we have to hold in our hand only in order to use. Also can’t figure out how to reach seller Update: Seller reached out and sent replacement for broken piece in very timely matter and they were professional . I would like to add just for preference and your own showers if you have a standard or typically small shower, know that the way this is made won’t leave you a lot of room out of the water. Like it isn’t adjustable like I don’t think many are. Basically the head goes out pretty far , so just depends on what you want . But it is a good shower head and water pressure is decent so far.

This is the best shower! We struggled with low pressure and this shower is a life changing. Even adding the Bliss water filter, the pressure is still amazing! Im buying one more now that I have 2 bathrooms. Amazing!

This shower head is still strong enough with the California water reduction insert and the different setting all spray water evenly and still with enough pressure.

Able to put at height I want. Sticks on wall well. Able to tilt. Going to buy more.
