I sit at a desk all day and despite exercising and being fit, I've always had bad posture which is consistently getting worse, along with my chronic hip and shoulder problems due to bad posture. I've spend thousands on chiropractic, osteopathic and acupuncture treatments, all of which help with pain and injuries, but don't correct the problem, which is my poor posture. This is the best money I've ever spent! I've only been wearing it a few hours each day starting in the morning for less than a week, and already I can feel that when I take it off, I remain sitting more upright without even thinking. The pain in my shoulder (due to tight pectorals and rolled shoulders) which has dramatically limited my range of motion lately is easing, and my hip flexor which aches and pinches all day while I sit is also easing. I can't rave about this enough and only wish I'd bought it years ago! I love it so much I'm not even trying to hide it and I'm encouraging all my co-workers to buy one! Oh, and it's actually comfortable, which is the first thing my co-workers have all said in surprise when they tried it on.

Nice at first but after you realize it hurts your armpits it’s all you can think about. It cuts off circulation which I believe is bad for you. If you loosen it up to where it doesn’t hurt it also doesn’t keep your posture. I would only use for an interview for posture. Not comfortable enough to wear frequently. I tried. If you slouch all day maybe this would be nice for 15 minutes after work to straighten you out but I would look for one that doesn’t go in your armpits. For reference I am 6’ 1” 155. My wife tried it too 5’3” 120 she felt the same way. We both wore it for a couple weeks but now it sits on a shelf in my gym.

Definitely easier to wear and more effective than other similarly priced braces that have waist belt fasteners. I feel a lot more comfortable sitting in it and it's easier to move around in. I think I need to wear it more and pay more attention to how I'm sitting she not wearing it, but by wearing it a bit around the house and sleeping in it a few nights a week, my lower back pain is gone.

I use multiple tools to help me with my posture. I currently use a waist band that helps stabilize my core and midsection. I wanted to try this out for the upper portion of my body. This item seemed to have great reviews from multiple buyers so I thought I'd give it a shot. The item looks exactly has displayed, however it has many flaws. I ordered a Large as that was the smallest size they had. I usually wear small/medium t shirts so I thought this size would be perfect. That's where I was wrong. The product has a lace to switch how tight or loose you want, but it is extremely limited. It's so tight on me, that I can certainly feel it cutting off my blood circulation from my deltoid to armpit area. This product is extremely overpriced for what it is. You can wear a band and wrap it around your upper body and it would serve the same purpose. Hell, a backpack tightens up works the same. I know my review here means nothing with all the great reviews this product has, but I was certainly disappointed and felt I wasted money on this. Just my two cents.

I guess it's ok? It doesn't do anything for the bottom of your spine, and doesn't really prevent you from slouching at all. You can easily slouch in this. I guess it's just to be used as a reminder to sit up straight, because it's less slightly comfortable when you slouch while wearing it.I didn't give this four stars, because it wasn't advertised to help the bottom of your spine, and it's clearly not a metal brace that forces your spine to be straight no matter what. But I'm sure not everyone will find this product as useful as they expect.

I bought this because I desperately need to fix my posture. I still haven't figured out how to get it on and the one time I think I got it on it was digging under my armpit so I'm not sure if it's just that uncomfortable or if I just can't figure it out.

For some reason, it makes my arms lose circulation. I have tried adjusting it (making it looser) and it still happens. I really wanted this to work for me but sadly I won't be able to use it.

Really makes a difference, but tends to ride up in the back. Been thinking about sewing on some fabric weights to prevent that because otherwise this thing is comfortable and discreet and dramatically improves my posture.
