Great on sale, sturdy base.
Built out a board for my wife and she loves it. Study base, easy hot swap, and the software is okay. I wouldn't pay full price but great on sale.

Favorite!
This is such a nice keyboard. If you’re looking for a really nice heavy feel, this is it! The Glorious software is really nice and offers a lot of customization. I had to buy a 2nd one so I have one for work and home.Comes with foam included, so I just added some tape and it was all set. I did realize the side LED doesn’t match the color behind the keys, but that doesn’t bother me too much. Would still definitely recommend!

Solid bare bones keyboard
I got this for a relatively inexpensive keyboard build to bring to work. This worked for what I wanted. I used some tactile linear switches and XDA profile key caps and ended up with a creamy keyboard (that’s not obnoxious for my coworkers to hear all the time) for less than an arm and a leg.

GMMK 2 96 - Great hardware, Software not so much.
This board is great I have zero complaints. It can support 5 pin switches, and these are north side facing leds. If you already know what switches you are going to put in this board you cant beat the price. You will want to lubricate and tune the stabilizers, or just replace them altogether. To me the stock didn't sound/feel great stock. Aside from the stabilizers the board sounds great out of the box. The unit feels very solid, and the build quality is awesome. The software misses the mark completely. Glorious Core would not load at all. Normal troubleshooting yielded no results. Clean boot/compatibility modes/admin mode/uninstall/reinstall nothing really worked. Personally I would ditch the Glorious Core software and use QMK. I think its worth the time investment in learning how to use QMK with your GMMK2. If your Glorious Core experience was anything like mine it may be a lot less frustrating.

Great bare boned keyboard
This is a really nice bare boned keyboard. The quality is better than the first one. I bought the 96% layout, which is really a great blend of compact but functional. I haven't modded it, and have had no complaints about stabilizers or sound quality. I don't type as much as game on that keyboard, so I can't comment about extended typing use. However, the look and feel of the GMMK 2 (and price) are hard to beat. I use my GMMK 2 (96%) with Akko PBT double-shot shine-through keycaps with Kailh Box pink switches. Love it so much!

For the price, it was great!
Good weight, fit my keys. Just ended up not keeping as I found a built keyboard I loved.

Replacement working great
Great typing experience, nice RGB, good software. Updating the firmware and rebinding a couple of keys was easy. This is my first custom mechanical keyboard after years of name brand gaming mechs and I love typing on it; I'm actually slightly faster and more accurate on the GMMK 2 than I was on my old board. With Durock White Lotus switches and generic XDA keycaps, it is the best feeling and sounding board I've used. The typing experience is great overall though my productivity will be hampered for a while as I learn the 96 keypad and Fn shortcuts. Note when selecting your switches, the color of their housing will tint the RGB! I may swap out the White Lotus for clear switches when I tire of the pink hue they cast. The GMMK 2 is a good product and would be five stars were it not for a hardware problem in my first order. After trying several potential fixes found online and through their support team, Amazon was quick to replace.(Original)Looks grat, sounds grat, fls grat. You can probably tll why gav t a 1 star rvw by now.

Great cheap barebones hot swappable leyboard
This keyboard is exactly what I wanted and the price was definitely right for the time! The barebones 96% gives me the num pad while still being a bit more compact. I really like it, it was easy to install my switches and caps. My first build was less than $100 since I got this board for so cheap. I think they're selling the V3 of this keyboard now so it seems a bit like it was a clearance thing.
