ive used these in the past this one came up but didnt change the carrier like the ones ive used before i followed the directions on the page even watched the video several times with no luck on a iphone 11.. but it was worth a shot i guess

I made a mistake setting up the chip the first time I attempted to set it up, I emailed the address in the package and they responded right away. Now I can use my iPhone 11 on the tmobile network.

This product does not work, and when I reached out to the seller for help, they did not respond. I would look elsewhere for a product like this. Edit: The seller has responded to my email, and is now trying to resolve the issue.
