I like how easy it is to maneuver through the house. It made all the difference in being mobile.

Pretty good scooter
The pole won’t let down to put in car. I followed the instructions but that feature doesn’t work

Product is not stable
We ordered this six weeks in advance of needing it for an upcoming surgery. After surgery and being nonweightbearing, we have been very disappointed in the stability of this product. The screws continually are loosening, and sometimes the screw caps fall off while in motion. We have decided this is unsafe for me, and therefore are ordering another brand. Unfortunately, the return opportunity has closed, or we would be returning it for a refund. I am not near the weight limit for this product and cannot figure out why it is so unstable. We do not recommend this product.

Very unstable
Believe the other reviews- this is a very wobbly and un-safe item if you’re non-weight bearing. The wheels are so light that if you lean even the slightest, it will tip over. Caused me to re-injury my foot. Very upset with this product.

Gets the job done, but it's rickety
After using crutches all day, it is nice to give my arms a break and have this scooter as an alternative to help me get around. It does come with a small detachable basket and it collapses in half easily to fit in my trunk. The knee pad is very firm. It's comfortable for short amounts of time but after about 30 minutes the pressure does start to hurt my knee. When I need to, the knee pad is big enough I can sit down on it and rest. It also has hand breaks which are nice to have when areas are sloped downhill. It does not weigh too much and I can lift it into the trunk without problems. However, unless you are using it on perfectly paved areas, it is not always easy to use. It is great to use around the grocery store, but does not handle well in parking lots/sidewalks with cracks and even the smallest rocks. Trying to roll over a seam in a sidewalk, the scooter was thrown off balance, tipped, and I almost fell off of it. What would help is if the scooter had wider tires and were spaced a little farther apart. Overall this product does get the job done, but could use some improvements.
