bought this over a month ago but got mixed with other christmas gifts but saw it in my orders on Amazon - duhh - so my first solo was today.in my living room with a rug as my landing area. promised i would only do 3 take off and landings - no flying around - and put it away - duhh. i started flying around after my first promise. packed it away after 3 more take offs, fly arounds. and landings. then i happily put it away to do some more reading, download the app and study that.but i forgot the screwdriver & instructions so i happily got the thing out to see if i could do 3 more landings from scratch. first crashed into coffee table, second into TV stand and the third successful. to my surprise it took the first 2 crashes in stride. far too cold/windy here to fly outside where i have mote room but expect if i really get good inside i will be better outside (if there is no wind)highly recommend this one - instructions are good, the engineering is excellent and a nice case packs it all away for anther day.you will enjoy this if at default slow speed you take your time going up/down gracefully. next get the feel slowly flying around. then pack it all up.after a half hour, without instructions see if you can configure it for flight and JUST take off/land - no more. fly around at your own risk - but i suggest reading the instructions again.i didn't and crashed ;-)

I absolutely love the quality and features of this drone easy to fly. upon purchase i had a mechanical issue with it and contacted attop customer support. They reached out to me in less than 24 hours and corrected the issue.I have never seen a support team work so hard to resolve my issue like they did.Above and beyond

The Drone I purchased for a Christmas gift, will not respond to the controls. Once it lifts off and gets airborne, it takes off on it own in flight.It has happened twice, and we have to go find it. Something is wrong with the controller I think. I want to return it, and for you to send me another Drone.Justin DeRosa

I bought three of these for my two older sons (in their fifties) and their father for Christmas. They have had more fun with these. Daughter-in-law’s not so much. They have been banded to the outside after Christmas Day. They all three are mechanical inclined so did not have much trouble with the remote after a few months mutes. It is a fun entry level drone for someone to see if they want to get more into it. It was fun to watch my mature sons turn into little boys one more time.
