lead shipment I received is dirty/filled with impurities
Shipping was super fast and came sooner than I expected.However,this lead shipment I received is dirty/filled with impurities.I purchased 20lbs at $3 a pound thinking I was getting super high quality leadingots better then what I get when I pay $1 a pound through other metal companies.Had read the reviews and they sounded good so i thought I would try it.After melting down the lead down in my production potit took a half of day (repeating the process) fluxing,scraping and recasting to ingotsto get all the impurities out. The scrap of impurities was nearly 7lbs.I was only able to make use of roughly 13lbs of this lead and it took a half of day to clean it to get that.

Good supplier for lead
Getting back into slug casting for my shotguns and needed soft lead to get started. These ingots are specifically sized to fit in melting pot and are just what I needed.

Order arrived and open to find 20lbs of lead. Perfect for melting to make fishing lures.

Pure lead as stated
Got my lead ingots early, they are beautiful, had a rainbow shine to them couldn't figure out why so I looked it up, the really pure lead has this shine, didn't have to flux or clean the lead at all while melting, I was pleastly surprised. Will order again!
