Seairsports Coiled Paddle Leash in Black Finish

The leash that was sent was not the old SeairLeash made for surfing, it's a thinner rubber coil, made for holding paddle for fishing, won't stand up to stress put on leash by surf. The coil may stretch to 8' but it has a shorter length when not stretched which makes it too short to attach to bow of kayak or wave ski. I'm trying to figure out how much I actually got charged for this.
