If you need a strong pre work out this stuff is very potent! I had to best work out while drinking this stuff and an insane amount of energy! The taste is good. I felt motivated and focused during my workout. I didn’t experience any stomach ache or crash after drinking. Its worth the money especially if you need that extra kick in the gym!

drink a ton of water with this one. The thermogenics can get a little spicy for some people.I find this one best for long cardio sessions.

The name is literally on the bottle, don't try this if you're a beginner, it almost unalived me (it didn't but I sure felt like it) I have a brand new bottle I'm never going to try again. If it wasn't meant to make your heart race, make you want to throw up, have pins and needles feeling, and feel dizzy, I would have given it one star. But I guess it does what it's supposed to do, just not for me... at least, not yet... it'll be in my cupboard for a while without being touched.

So I’ll start by saying if you normally use pre workout this stuff is very mediocre. But if you are starting out and want a nice little push this is the product for you! The flavor is very chalky but I always recommend a small amount of water and 1 scoop and just chug it. Now as far as the initial hit it does take some time to hit you, so take it 30 mins before you get to the gym etc. SIDE NOTE: it’ll clear your stomach out fast so be ready for a bathroom break before working out as well lol. Otherwise this product is nice the pump is pretty good!!

It is very good buy it

I've used this product in the past and liked it. I just opened this item for the first time (expiration date is 2025) and it's already in clumps. My last container (same product but 30 serving version) had to be thrown out half way thru due to becomming one solid block at the bottom. I am always VERY careful not to get even a drop of water inside the container because it can ruin it. The desiccant packs inside apparently do nothing. Cant believe the unsealed container was already ruined. And it's been 2 months since I ordered it and cant get a refund.

First time i tried it i took about a scoop and a half. I felt like i'd done 80 lines of coke. It was good and bad haha. Deff helped with gym. I'll probably not take so much again unless I need to. I'll also note that I have a high tolerance for caffeine. The other time I tried a good pre-workout that i felt worked i paid 3 times as much. I feel like the price for the value in this is good. Flavor was fine too. I think I would love it cold so i might chill it next time.
