This is such a good-tasting meal that I always take them on trips and hikes. I also have some of them at work in case I don't have much time for lunch. They are so good that I just genuinely enjoy eating them and will sometimes eat one for dinner as a treat because I like them so much. The ingredients are great too. I especially appreciate the simplicity of the ingredients because I can tell right away exactly what is in them. I have to be careful due to food allergies and have come to trust this brand.

I have celiac disease and bought these gluten free bowls for travel to ensure I would have something to eat. I tried one out before my trip and am very glad I did. Despite following directions, the quinoa and dried veggies do not really soften as if they’re cooked in a pan. It was much spicier than I like and had a weird taste from the seasoning. It also gave me terrible stomach pains afterwards so I’m not fully confident it was 100% gluten free, as stated on the package.

Sometimes traveling with a gluten allergy can be tricky. I packed these for a trip abroad and was so happy to have an option when needed. Make sure you add HOT hot water, and I'd let it absorb for longer than recommended on the packaging. Mine came out a little soupy and didn't absorb all the liquid so the texture wasn't quite right. It also needed a little salt, but overall it was nutritious and otherwise very tasty!EDIT: The Greek Garden Lentil is where it's at! Updating my review to say I let the 2nd meal absorb a little longer and it is just fantastic. The seasoning is dead on this 2nd time around too. Will buy again!

I have digestive issues and have to stick to a strict gluten free, dairy free diet of whole foods without additives. It's very difficult to find quick and tasty meals when I'm on the go or just don't want to cook. I am so grateful to have found these quinoa meals! I added 3/4 cup of boiling water, just like the instructions said, and it was the perfect consistency and full of flavor. I plussed it up a bit by adding roasted butternut squash and toasted almonds. Many items could be added to this if you want, or you can eat it as is. Thank you, Wild Zora, for these healthy and tasty quick meals!

I bought these for travel. The concept is great, but the flavors didn't appeal to me. Adding the just right amount of water is key. Too much and the flavor is watered down, too little and all the components don't get hydrated properly so you end up with chewy uncooked bits.

I love that all one needs is hot water for a tasty meal! They are full of protein and veggies and taste good-considering they are "dried meats and veggies." I bring these along on long flights because I have food allergies and do not always edible food in the airport. These are also great for camping and the clean-up is so easy! WILD ZORA is a great company for quick, convenient food.

I use these for meals when my caregiver doesn't show up and they are way better than what i expected. very flavourful. perfect amount of optional olive oil. my tip is to use boiling water not just hot water otherwise it doesn't really work. no complaints just wish they were a bit cheaper.
