Over time they got terribly bent as the bags were put on and off planes with the potential to rip clothes or cut skin. These tags are made of silicone, very flexible, with a grommet where the wire loop passes through the tag to prevent the loop from ripping through the tag. A major improvement. I wanted luggage tags that would stand up to travel on planes. The flexible silicone tags are great. The cables are strong and the small window shows the minimum amount of information for quick identiy until you open up the tag to find the additional information that you can place on the tag inside the silicone case.To open up the outer silicone case you must first remove the tag from your luggage then slide out the paper tag that is inside the outer silicone case. So if your luggage is lost the airline can get the details they need to ensure you get your luggage back.

Purchased these for a flight we took on vacation. These are relatively well priced, easy to see on your luggage, easy to use, the silicone is of good quality and the clasp is well made. They performed well and included all pertinent information in the event that our luggage was lost. They are light weight and as the picture shows very brightly colored though a bit small.Overall I would purchase these again and have suggested them to family for future travel.I am overall
