Toaster worked great for about 9 months when both heating elements went out at once. Like others I was unable to find any contact information about toaster warranty on Amazon. Decided to crack the toaster open and see if I could just figure it out myself. It was then that I discovered the contact information! Big sticker on the side of the machine.I emailed them and explained the problem. They responded that day, with detailed instructions on how to open the unit and snap a picture of the area that they believed was the cause. With nothing more than a Philips screw to move remove 2 screws, I was at the suggested area. Emailed the photo the following day and again, I got response that day informing me that they were going to ship the needed replacement parts in order to fix it.It was very user friendly to replace and repair the issue. Parts needed were easily accessible and simple to replace, with their detailed instructions and support. I am very pleased with the outcome along with there prompt support, quickly resolving the issue. I have added a pic of the sticker should others removed it out of concern for it burning off. (obviously it doesn't)

We purchased this for our hotel lobby to use in our breakfast area and we couldn't be more pleased with this toaster. Set-up was easy and the design fits perfectly in the space provided. Customers find it easy to use for bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. Toasted items come out quickly and perfectly every time. I would definitely recommend for any size business whether it's low or high volume.

Worked ok for a few months. Then the knobs fell off of both of the units I bought. Had to finagle something to make the knobs work since there is no way to re attach them. Screws fell off it. Now the one unit won’t even turn on. I’ll adjust review based on sellers response.

This toaster was bought for a busy restaurant kitchen. It keeps up with the demand, though sometimes a second round of toasting is needed depending on the type or thickness of bread. The staff loves it and it is definitely recommended!

The item works great. Toaster is durable. Great value for my money. The customer service is amazing. Very supportive if you have any questions regarding the device.

PYY corrected the issue with a very satisfying response and results. Thank you pyy customer supportordered the machine and within the warranty period it quit working. i contacted PYY and they had me troubleshoot the machine once i found the issues they had me send pictures of the defective parts. on Oct 4th they said they would ship the parts in a few days. i have not received any parts as of Dec 17th 2024 nor will they even respond back to my e-mail inquiry to the parts. DONT DO BUSINESS with a company that cant do what they say. you do the work for them and they treat you like you don't matter vs sending a $20 partGreg

This toaster has been a huge help for our small sandwich shop. It was easy to assemble and the crumb trays are easy to clean. It does need a few minutes to heat up when first turned on as well as when switched away from "Standby" mode. Our only problem we have encountered was due to the limits of our electrical breakers determining placement of the toaster. It's a good idea to consider electric load before purchasing if you have an older building.

Bought a PYY toaster and both the upper and lower heating elements failed in less than 4 months of use in our kitchen. Ok, it happens. Bought a 2nd unit and unpacked it today. Set it up and turned it on, heated up but this unit’s conveyor belt doesn’t work! So now I have to pack it back up and schlepp it to a UPS store to send it back for a refund. Stay away from PYY toasters! You have been warned.
