Fits perfectly
If you are like me then you take meticulous care of your firearms. Adding a new aftermarket component should not have lesser manufacturing tolerances than the beautiful piece of craftsmanship that you are so proud of. To some it may just be a slab of metal CnC cut and drilled spacer. But to us few who marvel at the engineering that went into everything that you care for, well then, you see where I’m coming from. A few basic tools and definitely use a torch wrench to set the exact poundage on each screw along with fresh blue lock tight. Get the appropriately geometrically proportioned green dot reflex scope and you’re off to perfecting your aim with confidence, balance and style.

Thin, light and it worked!
Finally, something that worked!I was looking for an adapter that I could mount my RMSC CyeLee red dot on my Ruger Mark IV 22/45. Let's just say that this is the third one that I bought and I'm glad to say that it finally works.I really like how thin the adapter is and it's very light and after some trial and error, I figured out which screws were the best fit for my gun and my red dot.Very happy with the results and I was pleasantly surprised to have a message from the vendor with installation instructions as well as torque levels for the mount as well as the red dot.

Does the job!
Fit perfectly... Low mount for my Vortex Venom so it aids in great accuracy. Very pleased with the results.

Small threads (short M3) for mounting holosun
Purchased to mount new holosun green dot sight on new Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Target Lite.Installation on the slide was perfect, very sturdy. It’s a rock solid attachment to the slide itself. Then came the issues. The instructions for installing the Holosun mention using the included M3 screws. There are also two chrome “plugs” in the zip lock bag that are NOT mentioned anywhere in the instructions. After installing the Holosun - I went to the range. After around 25 shots trying to site in the Holosun, I decided something was wrong as it was erratic placement in the target and too much deviation to be ammo or shooter.Upon inspection, the right I side threads for the M3x10 weren’t grabbing tightly. These grab about 1/3 of the threads in the mounting plate - barely- and had come loose. Using torque wrench set to 12 pounds and with blue thread locker, it just didnt hold. I tried hand tightening while at the range - would come loose again after 5-10 shots. I pulled it back apart and alas - the threads were now stripped. To be fair, the overall construction of this thing seems well built. The holosun recommended screws are on the smaller side diameter-wise, so the after market manufacturers are stuck with that size. However, the M3 screw still had perfect threads and it’s the adapter itself that is toast. Which means replacement needed.I have a replacement coming and will update - but reading others reviews, some are experiencing the same heartache. I am going to use gel thread locker and use lesser torque and pray it holds zero on Sunday.***Update: replacement came promptly and installed without issue. However, same symptoms. At the range after about 50 rounds, it came loose again. Showed it to gun smith at the store where the range is: he identified the chrome “plugs” are supposed to be out in the front for the holosun, and the screws just hold it in place to prevent lateral movement. This was not mentioned anywhere in the install instructions. Second plate ruined. Ordering a third…. If you’re mounting a Holosun - use the chrome plugs. I’ve emailed the manufacturer to update their Instructions for those with less experience with these like myself.

Red Dot screws too short.
Fit 22/45 perfectly. Had to buy specialty screws to attach Leupold Delta Pro Red Dot. Screws too short that came with the mount. Screws had metric thread.

Well worth the price!
Worked perfectly in my Ruger Mark IV to add a red dot.Only suggestion I’d make to the manufacturer is to either leave the logo off the side or change to a dark gray paint for the logo. The white paint sticks out like a sore thumb and detracts from the overall professional look. I bought a product, not a billboard advertisement.

Excellent Red dot adapter for my XDS 9mm without costly milling.
Needed an adapter for to mount a red dot sight on my Springfield Armory XDS 9mm. This did the trick. Easy to install (once I had the factory rear sight off)! This is my third OuterImpact adapter and I'll purchase more as I see the need.I submitted a review earlier with a picture of the adapter mounted, but while Amazon sells the adapter showing it mounted in a review is just too much for them to tolerate... Sooo, take my word for it, this adapter is excellent!
