Tea Forte is pricier than other teas, but the flavor is great and the pyramid-shaped teabags are attractive - making the tea drinking more of a nice treat.

My mom loves tea, and this had a cute cup that came with it. So, she def loved this set and the flavors that came with it. Great for gifting someone that loves tea.

One-star rating, not because of the tea - the tea is fantastic, and we have several of the tea cups. Do not order from Amazon, go directly to Tea Forte. I ordered here for the fast shipping for a last minute gift, and it arrived with the tea cup shattered. I used the chatbot assistant to process a return and ordered another one. That one also arrived shattered. Giving up ordering from Amazon and ordering direct through Tea Forte.

Edit: Tea Forte reached out to me and refunded my money. Excellent customer service. I will give them another try. Cup was broken upon arrival. No returns even if damaged. Don't chance it. Super disappointed.

I was hesitant to purchase this because some people said it arrived damaged. Well I went ahead and ordered it and it is lovely! The item arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is high quality as are the contents. I highly recommend this as a gift for your favorite tea lover.

I loved the way it kept the tea hot

This is just the most beautiful cup of tea! The cup is easy to hold and lightweight, the lid sports a hole for the top of the Pyramind Tea Infuser Bags to pop out through and there is even a Tea Tray to hold your bag!The cup is single serving at 8 oz!Price - Spendy, yes very spendy indeed but this is such a lovely set for someone!Product - High End - worth every penny!Tea - The favors can be subtle to bold depending on how long you steep - I steep so that I can use the pyramid two times and so I am right in the middle. I found the tea flavors to be unique - Chocolate Rose, Green Mango Peach, Strawberry Hibiscus, Vanilla Pear and Chamomile Citron - I typically find that flavored teas are hiding low quality tea but in this case the flavor profiles are subtle and really meld well with the tea base. I think that Strawberry Hibiscus is my favorite as the slight rose hints are oh so lovely!

The decorative box was damaged but the shipping box wasn’t so clearly Amazon shipped a damaged box. However, it was a present for myself and nothing else was damaged. The tea is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC- they smell and TASTE amazing.

This set is very cute. I gifted it to a special someone but I will purchase one for myself. I haven’t tasted the tea but my friend who got the gift is pleased with it.
