I can not believe how soothing this is. I suffer from both migraine and sinus problems, so decided anything was worth trying.I am amazed, just popped the roller in the freezer for 30 minutes, took it out and started to roller around my temples and sinuses. The relief was almost instantaneous. It feels as though my skin should be wet when using it but that is obviously something to do with heat transference as my skin felt cold but dry.The effect is so soothing even though my pain eased I kept wanting to use the roller as it was so relaxing.A brilliant idea of a product £8.99 at the time of writing this review it is worth every penny. The advantage of the size is that the roller freezes quickly if you forget.I’m a fan of cold water therapy already (swimming) and know that cold can help alleviate skin problems as stated in the advertising.
