Handy for baking
I use this mainly for baking so it's very handy to have for when needed. It's not as sweet as sugar so I add a little stevia to counter this

Not what I expected
I usually buy my erythritol from crema aroma coffee shop house, 5kg for with shipping £43. This being £49.99 for 10kg I thought would be a steal. However I found it was not as fresh or good tasting as the latter. The sugar was clumped up as if it was getting old. I never had this problem from crema. The sugar was very fresh , putting some in the mouth instantly gave a almost mint coolness. This one does so but very little. Could be this is very old stock or just not good quality. For what it is, it’s ok
