Very nice product! Looks amazing. Leather is of thick quality. Comfort is above general average expectation IMO. My wife uses it daily (12-14 hrs/day) as an office chair ( Happy Birthday;). Overall- Highly recommend this product. I have not one negative thing to say!

The chair is absolutely beautiful! The only con to the chair is that is was extremethard to assemble. Some of the areas where the screws are do not match up with the associates holes. The chair feels OK. Good support, not the most comfortable. Looks extremely beautiful in my home office.

Holes do not match up in order to assemble properly. The chair itself is nice but not worth the aggravation. I have to Drill in new holes now In order for the chair to be assembled properly. What a headache. Awful experience.

Was not that easy to assemble but for being a woman, I was able to figure it out and managed alone just fine. Chair is AMAZING! Worth every penny, waiting for my desk to arrive!

I love it! if you're trying to match it with other super white items be aware that it off white and might not work. I was about to return for that reason but didn't because its soooo beautiful and comfortable. It was pretty easy to assemble too. I've had it for a couple of months and so far so good.

First off it is cream. Not sure how hard it is to call it what it is but by no stretch is it white. Not a huge issue for me since really none of the office chairs offered are truly white so I pretty much knew.Second off, replace the wheels immediately. For a relatively pricey chair, the wheels are crap. I ordered "Office chair wheels replacement rubber chair casters for hardwood floors and carpet, set of 5, heavy duty office chair ball casters for chairs to replace office chair mats - Universal fit". I have used these before on other chairs and they are a dream. Worth the 36.95.Third, the directions are lacking. Just pictures. So just take your time and read it a few times first because if you put something on in the wrong order or tighten it before you should, you will be really unhappy.Fourth, putting it together will make you question life. Everything is fine until you get to the step where you are supposed to attach the arms and then the back. This is where people are saying you need two or even three people. You have to have one pushing the arm as hard as they can (because the arm has to fit so tightly and the holes will not line up easily) while someone else is trying to hold the bolt between the base and the arm to try to pull the bolt to the hole. Putting the back on is just as challenging as it should just slide on but no. This is where the third person comes in, holding the legs still and providing resistance while you and someone else fight to make your side slide on while using the slightly loosened arms to wiggle it in. After praying to God above to grant you patience not to become murderous, it will eventually go on after putting your entire weight into it and telling it what a piece of s**t it is.Fifth, it is pretty.Sixth, the adjustment is not easy like most office chairs. You have to stand up to make it go up. Most chairs, at this price point or lower, will easily go up and down for you.Seventh, it is a rock hard chair so if you like that you will be happy in the end I would think. I would have like a softer seat but that's me. Perhaps this will make it last longer -- who knows?

First I bought from Wayfair @ $330 inc tax.- .....Then from Amazon... @ $300 inc tax.Have read reviews where folk complain about assembly, butt cushion....... These are NOT problems.....These are really great chairs... very comfy and look great.....It makes me feel good every time I look at them ... AND even feel better when I sit.Enjoy.Mark
