GOTICAL Claw Scope Mount for MP5 MK5 HK G3 GSG5-Hunting Heavy Duty Sight Scope Mounts(Metal)

Mounted to my GSG=5 perfectly. Nice and secure.

The bracket does not fit the 22lr umarex mp5. Red dot did not come with batteries and had a dirty lens out the box wich is weird because it does come with a rubber cover on it (wich was nice). The lens also has a mirror finish on both sides that shows your eyeball reflection when looking through it. The dial for the different reticle options doesn't line up with the mark on the scope. One of those "you get what you pay for" items but there are plenty of other options around this price range on Amazon that make this set a bad choice. Do not recommend.

I bought this to install on my Umarex AEG MP5k. Once I figured out that it only installs "ugly side out" (the big chunky mounting tabs are visible when holding the gun right handed) it went on real easy. The front cleat installed fine, but the rear one I had to elongate the hole a bit upwards in order for the screw to fit through. For $12, it works. This is the most aluminum feeling aluminum of all the aluminum I've felt - it feels outrageously alumunium-ish, which I would not say is a good thing. Aluminum. Works fine for attaching a cheap red dot to a "gun" with zero recoil but I'm sure if you owned an actual MP5, you'd laugh at this thing and keep it far, far away from your precious equipment. Tacticool. shrug. Holds my tiny little sight just fine. Would have liked the ugly bits on the other side, or to be smaller so they're not so ugly, but... it's $12. The rail seems to be within spec and I'm sure any standard pic-rail doo-dad will attach and fit nicely.

Works for PTR91 / CETME / HK91.

As everyone else found out, it’s a waste of $13. Which is not the end of the world, but I have a mount I can’t use, because the description is wrong. It absolutely does NOT fit the HK mp5 unless you take apart your nice gun and ruin it for a $13 mount. Into the spare parts pile with the other garbage. I should have known better.

Buyer beware, does not fit on the 22lr Umarex MP5 rifle out of the box. I was eventually able to get it to fit with the use of a dremel and extensive filing down of the underside of the rail, but even then, it does not sit evenly.
