Oh Snap!
We obtained this case 3 years ago to hold the pencil, allowing it to charge via the iPad as intended and still appreciate its protection level, thin profile, durability & magnetic strength. All the buttons still function, the pencil still charges and we’ve never experienced Magic Keyboard connectivity loss. The color option complements our decor and the noise level is quiet making it a value for the price. We highly recommend this item for a highly functional working experience.

Great addition to my iPad Air and Magic Keyboard
Snaps on easy and works great with the Magic Keyboard. As others have stated, access to the volume buttons is limited. Easy solution is to go to Settings, Accessibility, Touch then turn on AssistiveTouch. A button will show on the screen. You can move the button wherever you like. You can program buttons for volume up and volume down by going to Customize Tap Level Menu which is located below AssistiveTouch. I looked this up online and found the step by step instructions. Now I can control the volume by using this button on my screen. The button can also be invisible is you want. Lots of options. I have no problems getting my Apple Pencil out of the slot either. Happy with this purchase.

My experience with the MOFT Snap Case iPad Pro 12.9
I've had this case since February 15th, 2023. My case is starting to have problems with the little gold pins (I attached a photo so y'all know what I'm referring to); no matter how much I clean the case itself and the iPad, it won't work. Randomly, the case stops working. It's not the iPad itself because I checked with Apple, and when I take the Snap Case off and use the iPad and the Magic Keyboard alone, it works perfectly. However, apart from that, the case itself is great; it protects my iPad really well. My iPad has already fallen like three times, and nothing happened to my iPad or the case; there aren't any cracks or anything. But the buttons where the + and - for the noise are are really annoying; they're really hard to press down, and the pencil holder's little hole, in my opinion, needs to be a little bigger. I have small hands and can just perfectly pull the pencil off; if you have big hands, it'll be a difficult task for you. It's a little bit heavy, but I honestly don't know anymore if that's because the iPad itself is heavy; it does add weight, but you can almost not tell it. Apart from all that, I really do like the case. I'll update this post once the MOFT team reaches out to me!

Great sturdy case
Perfect for a case on the iPad, especially if you use the Apple keyboard. I initially got the keyboard and my iPad as a gift and kept worrying about misplacing my Apple Pencil. This case hold the Apple Pencil well and can be used with the keyboard. 100% worth the money

It could be perfect and better than Coverbuddy... if it actually worked.
The good: This is case feels much better than the Coverbuddy. The "vegan leather" backing feels good in the hand, helps make it less slippery when used as a tablet, and makes using it on a hard surface as a writing pad with the Apple Pencil much better. The plastic feels sturdier than the Coverbuddy, especially the plastic around the Pencil tray. This is the area where my Coverbuddy started to crack. Finally, the way it clips on to the iPad is better than the Coverbuddy too because it has two more small lips that click on the corners and they feel thicker than the Coverbuddy. One of the two retaining corners on my Coverbuddy broke off, which is why I bought this Moft case. Now THE BAD: It does not work. To be more descriptive, the metal contacts that are needed to work with the Apple Magic Keyboard are poorly mounted. If even one of the three contacts does not connect the iPad will not work with the Magic Keyboard for either typing or charging. As you can see in the photo, the middle contact is recessed and will not make contact with the Magic Keyboard. It will work intermittently if the contact happens to pop back out but that requires me to tap in on the backside. THIS IS AFTER TWO DAYS OF USE. I want to love this case and love the function of it as a case that (is supposed to) works seamlessly with the Magic Keyboard but with this issue it's absolutely annoying. I will have to return it but do I gamble and hope another one will not do this?

Everyone should buy one if they have a Magic Keyboard.
This works with my Magic Keyboard - making it unnecessary to ever have the iPad without a case. It holds the pencil and barely feels like there’s a case on it. Love this! One of those obscure things you don’t think you need for an iPad - but really becomes one of you must haves.

I think it can't be helped that the material is thin because it has to be connected to a smart keyboard case. However, the Apple Pencil holder was broken less than a month after using it because of its poor plastic quality and poor durability.

Its MOFT, what do you expect. Good Quality. Unfortunately, its not a full body protection, but its not a deal breaker for me. Still recommending this.

Let me start off with the things that are great about this case: -Super well built, feels great -GREATLY expands the usability of your iPad if using the Magic Keyboard -Snaps on and off with ease and feels very solid -Makes the combined case + Magic Keyboard feel very solid when transporting. No worry about pen loss/detachment. Cons: -Nearly impossible to use one hand to get the pencil out -Buttons not super easy to access For me, I needed this because the Magic Keyboard prevents me from using this in portrait mode (Magic Keyboard keeps your iPad in landscape mode). This 100% solved the problems in a very efficient way. The mechanism snaps off and on with no problems and feels very solid. The materials feels good and not cheap. The soft back is a nice touch. I can live with the pen and button issue and I imagine a rev 2 will fix those two issues. It was still worth it for me as it also makes transport feel 1000x more safe.

Nowhere near worth the money as failed after 6 weeks of use. The middle connector swelled up and is not working properly. Update: stopped working completely. Cannot return it as it has gone past 30 days after buying. Amazon not letting do the return

The overall is not bad, there are some issues like it is slightly big, and the iPad can easily pop out of it. The buttons are hard to reach, and the pin connecters in the back. Turn off the past month of May connecters have already been damaged. I have only had this for a month and a few weeks, I cannot charge it with the Magic Keyboard. It has to be charge in the iPad directly.
