Magnesium Glycinate 300 mg, Natural Calmness, Healthy Mood & Cardiovascular Support, High Potency and Ultra-Absorbable, Non Buffered, Non-GMO, 90 Tablets

I was taking Calm regularly for stress reduction, but was very sensitive gastrically to that product. Since I take a lot of medications and suppliments I was worried that was flushing out all the medications I needed to absorb. Since taking Magnesium Glycenate in pill form (about 2 months now) I have avoided those gastric issues, which not only makes me more comfortable.... but can only assume this equals better overall digestion and absorbtion of food, suppliments and medications as well. Good product!Note the pills are rather large. Might be the largest size pill for a suppliment I have taken yet. So if your gag reflex is sensitive these may be kinda big for you. I assume you can grind them down if needed, but that may defeat the point of avoiding gastric sensitivities (?). Anyways, thought of that as I hace had a few friends who I know could not swallow a pill this size due to thier gag reflex.

Doctor recommended for help with sleep and it works! Been using it over a year now and never a disappointment.

These were a decent price and I didn't have a hard time swallowing them - but unfortunately they upset my stomach every time. I was having upset stomach several days in a row and realized it coincided with when I started taking these. I stopped taking them and stomach yuckies were gone. So, if you have a sensitive tummy that is easily angered - these may not be your best option.

I was skeptical when I started taking this, however I know understand what my body has been missing. I am so calm and I feel so relaxed in the mornings. It helps me sleep and I actually wake up before my alarm goes off! I know it has appetite control or should I say it curbs the cravings for junk. I find myself wanting fruit and vegetables and water! I am going to keep taking this and update yall in a few months.

I purchases 2 bottles of the Magnesium Glycinate because I wanted a small dosage per pill (300mg.)When I opened the bottle I found it was a huge, hard to swallow size. Apparently, they use fillers (30% 0f the pill volume) to make it look like a large dosage. Why??#*? They are too large to easily swallow and are non-returnable. I'm out the $32. ! Let's have TRUTH in PACKAGING and PILL SIZE indicated! -Don
