We had to find a swallowable vitamin once my 9-year-old started with orthodontic work..no more gummies. This is a great option because the size isn't too big and he had no problem swallowing it. I recently purchased mega foods one daily multivitamin for my child, expecting a typical kids multivitamin. However I was surprised to find that these vitamins are not chewable, which is unusual for a children's product. They are in a tablet form quite large making them difficult for young kids to swallow. I had to crush them and mix them with food to get my child to take them, which was inconvenient. On the positive side the ingredients are high quality, with a focus on natural, whole food base nutrients, which I appreciate. The formulation seems excellent, and I like that there are no artificial additives or preservatives. However the non chewable format makes it less practical for younger kids or those who struggle with swallowing pills. Overall, if you have an older child who can easily swallow tablets, this is a great option. But for younger children who are picky eaters, you might want to consider a chewable or gummy alternative.

These vitamins have all the necessary nutrients for kids and they're small enough that most kids should be able to swallow them. My 10 year old has no problem with them.
