Much better than the metal hose look
This hose adds a nice contrast to the metal of the pole and handheld.

Kink in the hose, 2 orders
I ordered 2 of these hose units. Returned the first after it arrived with a kink. The 2nd hose arrived with an even worse kink. This one actually has a crack in the hose. Yes, water still flows through it but as soon as you shut the water off the hose collapses in this point. This point is in the center of the hose.I don't know how this can be a manufacturing flaw. The only thing, I can think of is someone in the shop hung them from the center over a thin wire. Very disappointing. I have to live with it though as all my other fixtures are from the Statement collection.I will revise the review if Kohler can provide a good unit...Revision* Kohler support sent me a new hose. This was good but the hose is now a different material. This hose was matte black, the new hose is a shiny glossy black (still rubber though). Not the same product pictured but pretty close. Changing the review to 3 stars as the new product doesn't have the kink but is aesthetically quite different from what is pictured. Same part number.
