Join the wonderful world of loose leaf tea
Like most people, I’ve always been fond of drinking bagged tea. Conveniency and accessibility being the top reasons.Just recently my coworkers and I were discussing the cons of bagged tea. After I got home I did some additional research, and that made me realized it’s time to ditch those tea bags.Aside from the fact that they often contain only dust & fannings, which made mostly from low quality leaves or stems, the nutrients, flavor, and aroma lose during leave grinding process when leaves exposed to moisture and oxygen.Compromising quality for convenience isn’t really a wise choice for me, so I switched to loose leaf tea.I picked BestLeafTea because it’s many positive reviews and the affordable price. I was quite amazed by the rich aroma of Jasmine when opening the lid. When the Jasmine Pearl is brewed, it is definitely fresher and more flavorful than any bagged tea I’ve ever tried, not to mention the whole ritual of making tea the old-fashioned way feels more fun. I enjoy watching the loose leaves dance in the water as the tea infuses to develop a full flavor and aroma. Another perk is that I can use as much or as little tea as I like, which allows me to control the strength of my tea and create my own taste. I also love the fancy tin and the cute little wooden spoon came with it.So if you like tea with superior quality, switch to loose leaf tea and consider BestLeafTea.One little suggestion for the seller, it would make loose leaf tea beginners’ lives a whole lot easier if you have bundles for tea and tea pots :-)

Unbeatable quality and taste!
So last month I tried their silver needle and fell in love with it immediately. Then I was looking at their products and decided to try this as well. Well guess what, i am sooooo glad that I did.Part of the reason I love silver needle is that while drinking it, you also can enjoy the view of it as you will see the tea leafs floating in the cup. Now this tea, the jasmine pearls offers a different kind of view. Once put in water, you will see the little pearls unfurls into a flower like shape. Someone would refer it as the blooming tea for this reason. This tea has a delicious jasmine/green/floral notes. Fun to drink and requires no sweetener. If you are looking for a solid traditional-feeling tea then this is the one for you. This tea has a well balanced and blended jasmine flavor and it is not overpowering. Thank you so much for offering such a high quality and beautiful tea!

Not as fragrant or flavorful as I have experienced with other brands
I love the tin and the little spoon - really thoughtful additions. I opened the sealed pouch the tea came in and, because I love the smell of jasmine tea, I immediately smelled the contents. There wasn't much of a smell. There is definitely a stronger scent with other brands. Was a bit disappointed there. Gave it a try anyway. Used boiling water and let it steep until the tea was as dark as it was going to get (personal preference). Not knocked out by the taste. The taste is disappointingly not very flavorful. I'm used to a fairly strong scent and flavor of the jasmine in jasmine tea. If you are more into very, very mild tea, this one's for you.

Nice smooth taste!
I love Jasmine tea, but it can have a strong bitterness that doesn't like me or my stomach sometimes. I tried brewing this with both 1 teaspoon and 2 teaspoons of tea (can says to use 2). I was a bit cautious using 2 spoons of tea, as I feared it would make a very strong bitter brew. However, even with 2 spoons of tea pearls this was not the case at all. The tea has a subtle jasmine aroma and a nice smooth finish without bitterness. I really enjoy using this to make ice tea. The ice tea is very refreshing and nice on a hot day. It also pairs nice with lemonade for a different take on an arnold palmer. This would be nice with some passion fruit juice for passion fruit ice jasmine iced tea!

If you like drinking Jasmine green tea
I usually don't write reviews unless I receive something over or below my expectation. If you like drinking Jasmine green tea, I am sure you would love this one. Other Jasmine pearls I have had tend to taste bitter, but these ones were perfect. I used the spoon provided in the jar, 2 spoon pearls in 12 oz hot water gives you very delicious taste and you could refill water for at least five times, and it still has very nice floral scent with a sweet long lasting flavor in your mouth. The tea tin is also very unique and convenient. I hope the seller would offer bigger packaging so I can reuse the tin just for jasmine pearl tea. I really love jasmine green tea. This brand is my favorite now, will definately buy it again.

The best one...
I just tried this yesterday and I have to say it's one of the better ones out there. I've tried them from local chinese grocery stores and they just don't seem as fresh as this tea. I'm sticking with this one!

My favorite jasmine pearl green tea so far
I've been trying different jasmine green pearl teas each time I run out.. so far this is my favorite brand. very fragrant, strong but gentle taste. I have a vintage stainless tea pot/pitcher.. I cold brew my pearls overnight in the fridge.. the next day the flavor is perfect. I used steep in boiling water but kept forgetting the tea and it would turn bitter, so cold brew works best for me.

Pretty strong...
The jasmine pearls turn into nice big leaves when brewed. Subtle scent. I know that jasmine tea is delicate and it is more sensitive to water temperatures that should be under boiling water temperature (between 160 and 180 degree fahrenheit). Otherwise it turns astringent and bitter. And these ones are particularly sensitive to temperature. And I find it too strong on my stomach and got heartburn even with just very few pearls. So not for those with sensitive tummy.
