Great for pot pies
Made squirrel pot pie they worked great. None stick and easy to clean. Great for personal pies

Ideal size for single portion (250g) Meat Pies
These 5" Pans (4.8"x3.4"x1.2"; 12.192x8.636x3.048 cm; volumn: 262.1436955 ml) cannot be bought where I live, so the swift delivery (10 days, free of charge) from US to Germany was a perfect solution. The 4 pans are a tight fit for a 32 cm baking pan ; 3 in a 28 cm and 2 for a 26 cm pan (up to 3 cm hight). 2 Australian Chunk Meat pies (each with a 155g filling plus 95g crust) fitted into a 12x12x8cm (1.2l) box for freezing or for refrigerator storage.

Perfect size
These are the perfect size for activated oven.

Well Made, Good Form
I love making lemon tartes a la francaise so I need something I can lift the entire pastry out of the pan once its done (I despise trying to cut the tart out of a pan) - these worked perfectly. I sprayed them before use but I prebaked a crust and then added in my filling - once cooled, easily lifted the entire tart out of the pan with ease and it came off beautifully with no breaks. Would definitely recommend. These have a good weight and are a good size.
