We absolutely love these umbrellas! It's nice to be able to move the shade around throughout the day with it's 180 degree turns and moving the umbrella arm up and down so the shade can be made vertical. We bought 2 of these this year and one of the umbrellas malfunctioned after just a month due to a part that was inside the handle lever. I contacted their customer service department and they were incredibly prompt with their responses and initially asked us to take the handle apart and send pictures to them so they could see if they could figure out which part was broken...that was probably the hardest part on our end, but once I sent the photos they immediately responded back that they would replace the entire umbrella complimentary to us. They shipped out a new one at no charge within a week and I just received the box yesterday. We haven't put up the new one yet, but I'm pretty sure it will work like the other one which has had no issues. It was a very pleasant experience working with this company and like I said in the beginning we absolutely love these umbrellas! Just received and it was easy and quick to assemble. I anchored it to the patio concrete until the weighted base option is delivered. I was very pleased with the quality of the parts and the strength of the component parts. I'm sure it will provide years of problem free use. I highly recommend this.

High quality materials. Very quick and easy to install and operate. I love that this item is meant to be securely anchored to the floor with 8 screws (not included), or with weights (not included). This parasol isn't tipping over!

This umbrella is sturdy and very easy to hoist and open/close it. I like the color and it looks great! I put it at the corner of my deck on a cement filled pot. With a pleasant surprise it can cover pretty big area of my deck and most of the seating area. It turned my hot deck in this summer into a favorite place to relax.

What a nice umbrella! Great quality. Worth the price. Bite the bullet and get it. Solid. It won't stand on its own so if you're not screwing it into a deck, you will need to get those base thingies you fill with water to hold it.

This is one serious umbrella!sturdy and the color isgreat, we got ours in Tan. So easy to hoist. We are not using the cross base as we have huge cement filled flower pots we are using as bases for them . We had a tube custom built to slide them into at the center of the pots, so wouln't be able to tell you how it withstands gusts/wind with a reg base. the frame does well in windier conditions but like any umbrella if it is really gusty it is advisable to close them to avoid damaging them.We have bought umbrella covers for them to protect them from the brutal caribbean sun.By the looks of it they should do just fine. Will let you know about U/V or any rust within the year with an update.

It blew over almost immediately. Securing the base on brick patio impossible

Best umbrella I have bought through Amazon to date. I run a coffee shop and so far so good.
