Just One of Those Days

This is one of the bear family books by Jill Murphy which helps a small child learn to understand when you’ve had a bit of a rough day. Caught in the rain, lack of sleep and cheats dinner in a book for kids can really help get rid of parent guilt and lets the children know its not just been a rough day for them, makes for a good conversation starter if your child appears to have had a rough day too, may just help them open up to you about it.

Nice realistic day showing family life, my little one found parts of the story funny and asked me to read it again the next day
