Nice knife, but with one major issue.
I'm going to list the positives first.Well-constructed, ultra heavy-duty, razor sharp. Quality materials. Fits nicely into one's hand. Easy to flip open, and not too difficult to close with one hand, but I prefer using two when dealing with a knife this sharp. No blade wobble, and it's machined very well, as one should expect from a knife in this price range. The negatives: Who the hell thought that putting the pocket clip at the sharp end of the blade was a good idea? Although unlikely, one does run the risk of reaching for his knife and discovering the hard way that it has opened a bit. Not likely to happen but still could. BUT, even with the blade completely closed, the sharp tip of the point is practically flush with the end of the handle. I have a nice superficial slice just by placing my thumb along the top of the handle while clipping it in my pocket. That wouldn't happen with the blade pointing downward, like every other knife I've ever owned. Another millimeter or two of recessing the blade/extending the handle would make a HUGE difference.Another negative is that the tension adjustment doesn't stay tightened, and loosens up a bit after flipping it open a dozen or so times. In three days of ownership I've had to re-tighten the tension every day to keep it where I wanted it. Nothing major but still not what I expected from a knife of this quality. The included sheath is decent, nothing remarkable but functional, except the plastic strap clip is difficult to align and close with one hand. At least in the sheath I can insert it with the blade pointing down, but I don't always like having a sheath on my belt. This knife falls right between being a pocket-carry or sheath-carry. A half-inch either way would define it one way or the other.Overall, the knife is quite impressive, with a lot of upside. Unfortunately the poor design of the clip location is a potential deal killer. If it weren't for that issue I'd probably rate this tool at 4.5 to 5 stars, but as it stands, 3 stars is all I can give it. Right now I'm on the fence as to keeping it or sending it back. And that sucks when spending this kind of cash.EDIT: After giving it a couple months getting used to it, I've upgraded my rating to 4 stars. I still don't like the tip of the blade being almost flush with the end of the knife while closed, but it IS an awesome tool otherwise.

A bit large for me.
This knife is a little "clunky." By that I mean it is large and heavy. Deploys fine and locks in place fine. It is exactly as described so if that's what you're after, it's perfect. I find it a bit large and heavy for edc. Holds an edge well.

Excellent fit and finish and extraordinary value.
I love this hulk of a knife (7 oz.) the fit and finish is superb with deployment likewise for such a large blade, if you like the feel of a large knife in your hand this one is for you, don't hesitate before the price goes up, buy 2, I purchased 3 of the $60 models, what a flippin steal.

It's the best
No doubt about it. This is the best tactical folder I've ever seen. Solid feel, easy open. Amazon's price was the lowest. It looks great too!
