I am receipt of the parcel.1. Out of three heads that were supposed to be received only two heads.2. Look like a open pack in side the parcel. May be a return from some cuatomer.3. Very much disappointed.

The pen works fine. Build quality could have been better. Though the small glass jars, meant for gel, are there, there is no gel.
