Best knives I've ever bought. I have yet the need to sharpen them. I use them every time it comes time to process my chicks.

Very sharp good finish no flow's anywhere is a pleasure to cut up meat cuts and vegetables with out damaging product's.

Used this set to do a 500 lb hog. I have small hands even for a girl so these handles didn’t feel very good but they should be okay for most men. The blades did good but had to be sharpened during processing. Never chipped or bent. They were easy to clean. And my hand never slipped off the handle. Still using them to slice bacon and cooked hams. Good value overall if you just need a decent set.

I had/have one of knives for about 11 years & it's still my favorite one. I recently purchased 3 more. It's worth the price because of the quality. You'll never have to buy a replacement. Hands down

Growing up, my family owned a fishing station on the east end of Long Island. The only knives we sold for cleaning and fileting fish were Dexters. Back then they had wooden handles....I still have several in my knife drawer and they continue to be my favorite knives. Super love the new synthetic handles and the blades have the same quality as the old ones......easily take on new edges when needed and stay sharp. NOTHING LIKE A DEXTER!!!!
