MOLD ARMOR 64 oz. E-Z House Wash - Brick, Concrete, Trim & Siding Cleaner

Used as directed. Wet the house, applied the solution and waited 10 minutes. I forgot the before picture. With no scrubbing and just a simple hose nozzle the house came pretty clean. My siding is old and dried out and brittle so I was worried about scrubbing or using a pressure washer. The left side was clean with the solution and the front of the bay window is what it looked like on the left side.

My vinyl siding on the north side of my house had mold growing. I followed the instructions exactly, applied the cleaner, waited 10 minutes and it worked perfectly. Took me a total of 15 minutes which included my 10 minute wait time.The area with mold wasn’t huge and I applied this liberally and used most of my container. I would have needed two bottles if the area were much larger.

I was pretty stoked to get my hands on this MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash—my siding was starting to look like a science experiment gone wrong, and I needed a hero. And honestly, this stuff delivers! It blasted through the grime on my house like a champ, and the hose attachment made it easier than trying to herd my cats on bath day. My place looks sparkling clean now, and I didn’t even break a sweat. Four stars for the cleaning power, no question.But here’s the thing—when I opened the box, it was like the bottle had sprung a leak worse than my neighbor’s gossip. Half the product had spilled out, leaving my porch smelling like a chemical pool party. I get it, shipping can be rough, but come on, this thing was thirstier than I am after a Taco Tuesday margarita binge! I had to mop up the mess before I could even start cleaning my house, which kinda killed the vibe. If it weren’t for the leak, this would’ve been a solid five-star winner. Pack it better next time, folks—I’m not running a car wash.

This stuff is miraculous! My 2 story house is lemon vinyl. Tuff to keep clean & I’ve invested thousands in pressure washer, ladder, and extension equipment. Even the best equipment couldn’t get it completely clean. Add to that my neighbor who doesn’t take care of his pool which helps algae to grow on my siding. I bought this because I had previously used the regular version on one side of my house with adequate results. This stuff…💥. I was in disbelief! Siding like new! Even stuck glue used by installers of my sliding patio door that would not come off by any means, machine or the regular stuff, was gone! Cleans it to the bone! House looks amazing and all I did was follow instructions! Don’t even need a ladder. Highly recommend for vinyl siding!

This spray works fine for a single story house. I wish one of the 4 nozzle selections would put out a slimmer stream that shoots high enough for a second story. See my pics showing about where it reaches on my siding. I had to rig it up on a 12 foot 1x2 I had available and awkwardly balance it back and forth to get it high enough. It’s not the water pressure as some reviews wonder, my pressure is pretty strong. It’s just too wide a hole in the nozzle that doesn’t push water very high. I’m happy with the cleaning power though.

Product worked wonderfully, the reason for one star is I received a couple of defective bottles which leaked everywhere and caused me to get soaking wet, I had an old bottle that I took the top off and used. But my house looks 100% better, I purchased 4 bottles, once I seen the first two bottles wasn’t going be enough, heck one bottle did 1/2 of my front house, but 4 bottles did it, and out the 4 bottles I had 2 good tops. 😂
