Why easier to digest than cows whey. It’s also great to mix half and half with other protein that you already might be enjoying. The taste is basically neutral so it won’t mess with the flavor you might mix it with. This is a good price also compared to stores I see it at near my home.

Despite the restrictions Amazon is putting on "priority" items, this item actually got to me pretty fast. It was great because the health food store I go to was out.

Maybe it’s not fair to complain, but I don’t like the taste if whey protein. Purchased to beef up the protein content of my smoothies, but I’d much rather just use my raw goat milk. I don’t know if there is a way to make whey not be sour since it is a by product of cheese making, which usually entails acidifying the milk. But it kind of ruins the flavor of a smoothie for me.

I’m in a semi ketogenic diet and this protein powder has been amazing for me for many years. Good taste. High protein. No sugar!
