I am picky. I do not have time to fuss with shoddy made, poorly designed products and products that do not come with adequate instructions. THIS is a refreshing exception to those problems.This unit is very well made, heavy gauge stainless steel with three needle sizes, extra rings, and even two sizes of needle brushes for cleaning. I just used the largest needle to baste a chicken with brine that contained pressed garlic and grated ginger and it all passed through the largest needle with ease! It is my observation that the largest needle would even be large enough for herbs such as oregano, thyme, and possibly even rosemary. If you chopped your onion small enough, the large needle should even work for that!It was a breeze to use. My brine contained melted butter so my hands got a bit slippery when using the injector and I slipped a bit but that was my fault. Overall it was VERY easy to plunge and it went fairly quickly and worked like a charm and I have arthritis in both hands.I bought this in Amazon's lightening sale. I’m very impressed for what all you get with this. Case is great and has nice cut outs for all the pieces. Extra O-rings are nice to have on hand. Used this for injecting a turkey and having multiple injection tips was convenient.Great product

Really like the size of the needle portion of the injector. And the design of the end, so that the marinade comes out the side, so as not to waste any by protruding past target! Has a nice pointed stop! Flows easy and precisely. And really like that the plastic is clear to view and tough material!! Also easy to clean! What’s not to like!

Got this for Thanksgiving. It worked pretty well but could be thicker or have different sizes. Herbs got clogged in the syringe a few times. It's also flimsy/not heavy duty being plastic instead of metal. Overall, it basically got the job done with a little extra work.

I always thought this was a bit of a gimmick, but this injector produced the juiciest bird I've ever cooked, and I've tried every other trick in the book. It's well made and sturdy, and the case is an added bonus. I look forward to using this much more often than once a year.
