A great gadget that gives any shower pan a much modern look. Made with light aluminum, seems strong and user friendly. This linear shower drain looks amazing. It catches hair and dirt and is very easy to clean up. It matches my bathroom shower very well. It was made of high-quality stainless steel and durable. It is a great value for the price.

Excellent construction. I am a highly trained fabricator and can build pretty much anything out of any material. As I looked over the workmanship and intelligent design of this piece I have so much respect for it. The welds are outstanding, the measurements are exact and the stainless steel is of good quality. One of the most impressive and important parts of the design is how aggressive the drain trench pitch and shape is. It gets the water to the Drain line in short order. The only thing I don’t have great faith in are the plastic tray clips. I imagine the reason they are used is to prevent corrosion from dissimilar metals. I wish they would have provided 3 times the number needed as a back up for life. However, this is my only recommended change. It was easy to install and keep properly leveled during the mud bed installation. And once tiled it works perfectly. The box has recommended locations to install it and that can help a beginner conceptualize the best placement of the drain line. To Summarize, well built, high quality materials and long lasting materials. A drain is not something you want to have to replace. Worth the extra money.

Looks nice

This product which is less than half the price of other US brands is no different and of good quality with sound construction. Feels very sturdy/well made. The parts that come with this are also easy to use and put together. The adjustable leveling feet are a must have. I would buy this again. Also the company has great email support. I wanted a spare grate which they sell and they directed me on how to purchase that from a different site.The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because on the tile in option there are plastic clips under the insert to hold it above the bottom and away from the sides to allow positive water flow...the far right and left side is almost level so a few small amounts of water stays under the two plastic clips at the far end even after not showering for 24 hours. So in my mind that area will always be wet which in and of itself is not that big of a deal because it is inside the stainless steel and can be removed and cleaned if mold starts to develop. I would try to have the part engendered so that no water collects under the plastic clip. There is evidence of this because there is a small gap under the plast clip where water does flow. But due to simple surface tension of water there will always be some left behind. [ 2ml maybe]If your purchasing any of the Neo Drains with out the tile in option this small water collection is not an issue at all. Anyway I am a little over the top when it comes to details. Again this is an exceptional product and I would purchase it again.

I had to find adapter fittings for my drain pipe not sure if that is normal procedure but it looks amd works great. Really made my walk in shower modern and cool invisible drain with tile grouted into the lid.
