THE ZIPPER BROKE ON THE FIRST USE!
The suitcase's quick trip from Florida to Virginia was apparently too much to ask. I am outside of the return window so a refund is too much to ask as well.

Not as sturdy as described
I am using this luggage for the first time to travel to France. This is what it looked like when it arrived in my Paris hotel after a direct flight. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it for the duration of my 3 week trip . However as soon as I get home I’ll be returning it. I’m extremely disappointed with this luggage.

Great first trip.
Jam packed this baby on its first trip to Hawaii!! It held up like a champ. I used it as a carry on. It rolled through the aisle with ease. I did notice a bit of a wiggle in the handle on the way back. It has to have a bit of room I assume, but if it gets abnormal, I’ll update my review.

Exactly what I needed!!
This suitcase worked great for our family vacation this past July, the color is much different than what’s pictured but I actually prefer it this way. Also the safety zippers don’t glide like most zippers do so they can be tough to move, but they’re definitely sturdy. Overall a great suitcase and would recommend!

Zipper Broke on First Use
Previously used product with great success. This particular model quite disappointing with zipper breaking on first use.
