جهاز رائع.
جهاز ممتاز،لم أكن اتوقع ان الجهاز رائع جدا.الخطأ الوحيد ان لوحة المفاتيح لا تحتوي الأحرف العربية ولا يحتوي سلك الكهرباء.

Works well. So far so good. Son uses it for youtube and roblox tyoe gaming.

Two days in and working fine...
So far so good....two days in. This unit is in perfect condition. First thing even before plugging it in I opened it up and It was clean as a whistle. Exterior looks like a brand new unit … not so much as a finger print on it. No scratches, bangs or dents. I am not a computer type so I can't say about the performance (speed, memory, etc.) but it seem a lot faster then my older IBM with XP which is no longer useable. Setup was both fast and easy; no problems with the windows 10 …. however, again I am not a computer guy so if there are issues later I'll come back and add to the review. I did call with a question about the software and I found their service person be to very polite, pleasant and responsive. Not normally a fan of buying refurbished electronics but this Blair Tech Group seems to really have a handle on it. Yes, I would recommend the Blair Group.

Less than stellar.
Price was good, shipping was very quick. Unfortunately the power supply fan was extremely noisy and the dvd drive would not open under power. I replaced the power supply and dvd with ones from my failed computer and all is working quietly now.I opened the dvd drive manually and found nothing in the tray area to cause an issue but on further disassembly of the unit a small wad of paper dislodged from the mechanism. It turned out to be a 1/2 inch wide 8 inch long strip folded origami style into a square with locked ends. Dvd drive now functions but is still quite noisy.The other issue has been a bsod during internet use which has occured about 8 times randomly. Always caused by the same .sys file so there may be a cure through Microsoft when I have a chance to check.All that aside, the case and cosmetics were all good and it is faster than the one that it replaced.
