I was so excited that this tripod was going to be super versatile and allow me to just travel with one thing instead of multiple. How disappointing that the flip for mobiles isn't wide enough to hold my iPhone8 with a case. You have to take it out of the case for it to fit which is extremely inconvenient. Such a simple thing to incorporate in the design too, just make the springs longer! It's also not intuitive or easy to take out the leg to get the selfie stick. Hard work, and it shouldn't be. It has to be treated with extra care, it's not super sturdy but I guess that part is because of the price and that's ok. The user manual that comes with it is also pretty much USELESS. Honestly, it should be so much clearer and more legible, with much better and bigger images for the instructions. I could not make anything of the tripod by looking at it.Pros: price, versatilityCons: not easy to use, the versatility becomes a con when you notice it doesn't actually fit your phone.

Very Poor Quality ControlI bought this tripod based on the recommendation of a website that I respected. Couldn't use the tripod immediately because of a six-week delivery scheedule on my camera coming from China. By the time the camera arrived, the 30-day return window had elapsed. On my first attempt to fasten my camera to the 1/4-20 screw protruding from the tripod that screw easily rotated, preventing proper mounting of a camera. That screw should have been unmovable to allow snugly holding the camera. It was a flaw easily noticed as I could rotate that screw without effort with my finger tips. So, there went my thirty bucks. Very disappointed.

This product is just ok. It is a cheap product at a low price point and that's the kind of quality you get, I guess. But I wasn't expecting the handle to be so flimsy. Disappointed.

This is an excellent tripod. I have had it since January of 2018 and it hasn't failed me yet. I use it to film my YouTube reviews on my Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus. Also, I use it to stream with switcher studio at my DJ gigs. It's sturdy, well built and light. I don't know about the other reviews but I've got nothing but good things to say about this tripod. I am gonna purchase me another one soon.

The joint connection is too fragile. Leg hit on the couch while walked by, then the plastic joint snapped. Leg came off too easy. Can't use it anymore.
