I really like this tumbler! It came with absolutely everything that I needed. I came with a sponge cleaner, several choices of drinking straws, including a bent metal straw, a plastic reusable straw, a straight straw and straw cleaners too! It was packed nicely and arrived really fast. The straws are the right length to the tumbler, where you don't feel like your mouth is touching the top of the lid. The lid fits snuggly too. I use this tumbler every single day. I bought the blue one, but will most likely buy an orange one too.

I punched in dishwasher safe plastic cups with lids. The description says dishwasher safe, so I put them in there. I now have condensation between the layers. So they will probably come apart next time. I bought them based on being dishwasher safe.Does not do what it said.after reading the description, you can find hand wash only all the way down the page after the part of the page that shows you other products .this should be at the the top of the page.

The lids are hard to screw on correctly. Glitchy. And the insulation isn't the best. But they still get used regularly.

I never really got to use this cup. It fell on the floor as I opened it. The lid cracked & the seal on the cup was cracked. Very disappointed! Was a beautiful cup.

At first I LOVED this cup. It keeps beverages cold and it doesn't "sweat". Today, however, I noticed that liquid was leaking between the inner and outer cup. I like this cup a lot, only issue is stuff doesn't stay cold a long time in it. It's just a bit better than a regular cup with a lid. It's very pretty like a other name brand coffee shop cups.
