First I need to say that this was a birthday gift for my son he turned 8 and he loved it so much he started crying! Oh my heart! 🩷 Second, the quality and detail in this custom piece is magnificent! The picture is clear and something he can and will cherish for the rest of his life. It is definitely made from good quality jewelry the charm piece is heavy weight but not to heavy it did arrive slimmer then what I originally thought it was going to be but I'm not mad about it. It turns out that it's the perfect size. The chain is real long but he'll grow into it. For the money I paid I say it is definitely worth buying especially as a keepsake for your loved ones to keep forever and ever! You can customize every detail between the picture you choose, the font and what it says. There is limited letters and lines but that's obvious as the size needs to be able to fit what your wanting. 100% recommend buying from them. Oh and the shipping was exactly how long they said it was going to be. So don't expect this to come in the mail two days later because it is a custom piece and they need to have time to work on it. Oh and last but not least, PROOF READ WHAT YOU WRITE! They will make this necklace exactly how you have it written out on your order!! So if there is a misspelled word than it will be misspelled on the final item.

I have ordered this on two different occasions. Two friends had a loved one who passed away. I made it as a memory for them with their loved ones picture on it. Both of them said it was the greatest gift. It is great quality and it does come fairly fast.

First off I was excited to receive it. The weight on it is good and they got the writing on the back perfect. The picture quality on the front was also good. The only thing is that I should have gotten it in color instead of black and white. It's still nice though.

They are just right size for kids. It's a (thing for memories) souvenir item. It's inexpensive for the price but, it means a lot to them when I'm not around. It tells that (Mommy is always with them) within their neck and right by the heart. Love is simple, it doesn't have to be expensive.

I really wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I received my dog tag and was extremely disappointed because the image didn’t come out at all and the inscription was incomplete.When I contacted customer service I was told that my picture was probably to bright and that is why it didn’t come out, now I am not a professional photographer and really don’t understand pixels but their description of how many pixels the picture should be was at least 1000 x1000 my picture was over that.This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and there was no time to get another one in time.I only got half of my money back.

This product came out well the picture was ok, a little fuzzy but I was able o to see enough, wonderful price and chain that came with it, this is a birthday gift for a date, great buy would recommend
