Thank you Mosi customer service ! I was sent a replacement.Works perfectly! No leaks.Instructions for any new users out there, and save you some time :)1. Top shelf of dishwasher only.2. Not microwave safe3. Screw all removable parts securely ( not so tight as to break the threads!) but securely. The removable parts are all around the cover (sipper, strainer, rubber top)4. Make sure the rubber disk under the cover is also sitting tight and in position ( this is what makes the watertight seal)5. Close cap and put in FULLY locked position.6. Liquid level should be below the bottom of the strainerThe liquid is super hot which is a good thing. But if you are like me and don't like super hot tea or coffee , I remove the entire cover (strainer and all) and just drink it like out of a normal flask ie giving time for my tea to cool down a it. BUT.....when you do that make sure you do it over a SINK !This is because there is residual liquid in the strainer and if you remove it on the counter, or car, it will spill that residual liquid.Enjoy !PS: Mosi am waiting for a microwaveble version :) That way I can heat my milk in the same flask. :P--------------------------------------------------------Previous review follows below. This is before the replacement was sent. Mosi reckoned it might have been a manufacturing defect.Bought this Nov 2022. Writing my review now.I love tea but cant be bothered to wait for the all the waiting for it to brew and baby sitting a nice cup of builders tea needs, so this is/was godsend !However it leaks. I always thought it was user error ( the old Gen x mantra of 'Intel inside , idi...outside' 😛)1. ensuring I am screwing the 2 removal parts securely2. not filling the flask with too much liquid.3. I mainly use teabags, have tried to swap it out with tea leaves.Leaks no matter what. At this point in time I do think it is not me, it IS the Mosi. There are pros but the biggest Con is the con :) it leaks.I am determined to use this because it is expensive, so I have put old (clean) socks around the bottle like a homemade koozie so when it leaks it goes on the sock and not all over my table and/or clothes.Pros-1. keeps tea hot2. dishwasher safe3. I love that the tea is not sitting in the leaves/tea bags steadily getting bitter and making it un-drinkable. This is why I bought this over all the other 'sitting in the liquid' tea flasks out there.suggestions: Wish it was microwave safe so I could heat my milk instead of using another cup to do that.

Super Easy, Clean, and Versatile
I’m a lifelong tea drinker, but brand new to the world of loose leaf tea. I was seeking an infuser that was very easy to use and that would keep my tea free of the loose leafs. I’d tried other devices in the past to only be left disappointed. Maybe I was doing it wrong, but the leaves would seep into my tea and then I’d have to fish them out with my spoon. It was an annoying mess. With this Mosi infuser everything is clean and simple. No leaves, no leaks and super simple to seep my tea. The fact that it works as a travel mug/bottle is a bonus. Most of the time I drink my tea at home in a mug and just use it as the infuser (ie I poor the tea into my mug). But, it’s cool if I’m in a rush to work as I just drink straight from the Mosi. Cleanup is simple (dishwasher if I drink out of it, rinse with hot water if I just use it as the infuser and poor into a mug). To be fair, the one area Mosi misses the mark for me is the size. This usually isn’t a problem for me when drinking from home as I just do a double seep/double pour into my mug from the Mosi with the same set of loose leaves. But, on the days when I take it on the road to work with me, I find that I finish my tea fast and am wanting a little more. I’ll be looking forward to when they come out with a larger infuser because other than the size, this device has been amazing.

DO NOT BUY!!
Both of the lid clasps have snapped and can’t get mosi to replace them without charging $13 per lid. They are not a reputable company, they only give you 90 days for replacement. I only wanted the broken screw lids.

Be smarter than me, be patient, and don't burn your lip like I did!
First of all, I really do like the idea of this. The ability to steep, strain, and drink your loose leaf tea out of one container is awesome. It's also perfect for re-steeping your tea a few times right there in the bottle. I have other bottes like this, but once your tea is steeped you either need to remove the strainer and put it somewhere where it won't drip, or the hot water is in constant contact with your tea gradually making it stronger and stronger. This bottle solves that problem completely. The issue I have with this is the design. First of all, it keeps the tea HOT for quite a while (to be fair, they warn you about this in the instructions). The problem I have is that due to the design of the drinking spout and how the tea comes out of it, it is super difficult to get a sense of how hot the tea is until it hits your upper lip. I found out the hard way my first batch of tea was still way too hot. Blister your upper lip too hot. Good thing I have a cool mustache to hide the blister for the next few days. That being said, once I let the tea cool down longer, I loved it. It just takes some figuring out how long to wait before drinking. I did find removing the drinking/smelling spout part off of the very top made it pour more like a regular water bottle, and was easier to test the temperature of the tea without burning myself. BUT (and this is a big butt), it's important to realize that once you remove that part, the top is no longer leakproof! So don't turn it over and re-steep without putting that part back on or you'll spill hot water all over the place.I didn't have any of the leaking issues that some other reviews have mentioned. If it's put together properly and tightened well, it doesn't leak. At least not for me.
