Good product, but packaging is wasteful
Purchased this when the piece went missing from a lifeproof cover. Came in a giant envelope that I almost threw away because I thought it was empty. No packing slip, etc. just this little piece screwed into another piece of black plastic. However, it does work as promised and fits snugly. We haven't tested the water proofness of it yet, but I assume it will be fine.

TYPE IN EXACT ITEM WANTED ,THIS VENDER POPPED UP.SENT ME THRE ,GOT HERE IN3-4 DAYS A WHA-LA. SCREWED 2 OF THEM IN TO FIND THE BEST FIT AND ALL GOOD.VENDORS LIKE THIS MAKE YOUR LIFE STRESS FREE. THX. It works
It did what it was supposed to do since I lost my other cover. Got scratched very easily but other than that it's great.

Oh no!
This product was a great disappointment. I ordered three of them and each one broke within a day. I wasn't doing much just my normal daily routine and when is look down at my phone the jack would be eaither broken in half or compleatly gone

Didn't fit right and broke
I lost the jack covers for my LifeProof case for my iPhone 5, so I ordered these (much cheaper than the ones from LifeProof). The covers were tight to screw in and took a lot of effort to regain the waterproof seal. When I went to take the cover out of the headphone jack, the top fell off the screw part. I had to literally drill a hole into the screw part to get the rest out of my phone. These are junk. I called LifeProof and got the real covers and they work beautifully.

PROTECTION IS CHEAP
Pain in the butt piece that is a necessity if the money you spent on LIFEPROOF is going to be worth it. Does the job well and not a bad idea to buy two.
