It's a good bed and my dog enjoys sleeping on it. It's easy to clean and easy to store. Good product

Not the colour I requested. Also the pictures shows a matte look I got a velvety shiny light grey almost silver

UNCOMFORTABLE
The beds base foam is like like the cotton that's stuffed inside a toy, it is soft, but after a while it gets flat. My dog sleeps very uncomfortably. Last month when the temperature dropped to 10°, we had to put two thick blankets over it's base so that my dog could sleep warmly. I wish the base was as thick as they show in pictures.
