This is some quality pre workout! The first time I took it, it made me itch all over but after that it was just pure fuel! Highly recommended!

Interesting preworkout blend!
Very interesting to have a preworkout without caffeine or creatine... I have found this to help with workouts and good for later in evening. It isn't recommended to have caffeine after 5pm... so for workouts in the evening, it is nice to have either less caffeine or none, so this fits perfect into that situation. It still has some mental or body activators like ginseng and possible others... but still has a good helping of Beta Alanine which is helpful for high effort lifts or intervals. I have been using this often blended with other workout or creatine mixes also, the flavor is good mixed with others. Blends well in water with a quick shake.

This Stuff is Brown and HORRIED
I did a search for a pre workout that won't nauseate me and this is EXACTLY what this stuff did and worst. The after taste was bad, I tried to add a splash of Gatorade in it to smooth the taste a little and it worked. But then tingling started, and thought...ok its starting to work and proceeded to get dressed for the gym. Now I am basically waiting for me to vomit, so I can go to the gym. The scoop is huge to add to 8oz of water. I should of 1/2 it maybe, but the directions did not recommend or mention it should be done. If your stomach is senative, please proceed with caution.UPDATE: I decided to try again and did 1/2 of the directions on the amount of product to put in 8ozs of water. Though I still added a splash of Gatorade to help with the taste, my stomach handled it much better and I was able to workout. I did not have a bolt of energy but the duration of my 2 hour workout was much better.

Excellent stim-free pre-workout mix
I'm always looking for good non-stim (caffeine-free) pre-workout mixes, because even though I like to train in the morning, I sometimes have to train the evening or afternoon. If I have caffeine too late in the day, I can't sleep. But I still like to take some type of pre-workout supplement for those afternoon or evening workouts. This mix has been working really well for me. I have taken it 30-45 mins before afternoon/evening workouts, and not only does it energize me before training, but I can sleep just fine. I like the addition of coconut powder in this mix. Otherwise it contains fairly standard ingredients (taurine, L-carnitine, citrulline malate) that are found in other pre-workout mixes. The flavor of this mix is very good too; it is not overly sweet and actually does taste like mango and lemonade. I also do not feel that I need to take 1 scoop before a workout, unless I really need a large energy boost. Usually I take about 1/2-3/4 of a scoop, and that works well for me. Overall, I am impressed with this non-stim pre-workout mix and would recommend it.

Not for me.
Overall this pre workout isn't for me. I need a pre workout with a good amount of kick and this one just didn't do it for me. I didnt feel any tingles or even really feel much. The taste was just alright, I've had better tasting ones. I won't be using this one again, don't recommend.
