Vitacost Potassium & Magnesium - 200 Capsules

For the following reason, I am assured this product is what it is supposed to be because it is supported by my lab reports when I go to the doctor:Potassium was prescribed by my doctor when I had my first hip replacement, in 1996. So I just bought a potassium supplement from over the counter ( didn't know that there are prescription level potassiums. I still don't know the difference). But later after listening to a radio medical program (People's Pharmacy on NPR) I learned there is an excellent independent resource (Consumer Lab), similar to Consumer's Report, that tests supplements to determine if they are what they claim to be, and have ingredients that they claim are in them. They also test other products. There is a cost for this information, but it is worth it. I don't buy anything that is of a medical nature until I check the Consumer Lab website first to see if they have a report for recommendations. The reports give a lot of information and documentation so the consumer can make an informed decision.

Reduces bloating and water retention and seems to jelp with blood pressure

I take this to prevent charlie-horses in the middle of the night. This product works great, I can't remember the last time I woke up in agony.

Great value. Nice to have the combo of Potassium and Magnesium in one capsule.

These Vitacost seemed to work at first, but then took 2 more, gradually did not work any more. Maybe the strength is not what it should be or maybe the quality is not good enough. I don;t know but the company may need to look into quality control to get their formula stranger and more accurate to help people. I care about helping people and your company should too.
