Peanut Brittle

Who can resist? Our hand-made peanut brittle is cooked in copper kettles and allowed to cool on a huge marble slab at just the right thickness. We then add generous helpings of fresh roasted peanuts. We then break it into large, crisp hunks of caramelized candy.
