Buffalo '66 15Th Anniversary [Blu-ray]

If you've never had trauma before you might not understand this movie for what it is really worth.The character progression is the best I've ever seen in a movie before, that is mainly due to the acting and genius understanding of realism by the director. Its not a high budget, it is what it is, and it does an amazing job at it. I don't like romance movies, but this is now in my top 3 movies of all time.

This is a really good movie. It’s a slow burn, but worth it. It’s very subtle, but really, really good.

The first couple times I saw this movie was on streaming, and I loved it so much I had to get it on Blu-ray, and it looks so much better! So sharp, crisp and colorful! Gorgeous gorgeous master, I couldn’t recommend this more

Great comedy film about a man (Vincent Gallo) who gets out of jail (a crime he did not commit) and meets a young dance student( Christina Ricci) who he mistreats her until he softens and falls in love.

I was on the edge about buying this film, plot seemed like "meh" on the back summary. However, once I shoved it in the dvd player I was glued to the set even past the last credits. 'Buffalo 66' is like if Drugstore Cowboy and Fight Club decided to procreate! I really have to hand it to Vince Gallo - this is one excellent film. Funny, tragic, sad, and sweet at the end. The kind of film that you WISH would win a few big awards! The kind of film that you WISH would be nominated more often by the Academy. Gotta rate Vince right up there now with The 'Coop (Brad Cooper) as the jack of all production. Hey, I'm no critic, but trust me - this film is what I have been waiting around for but can never seem to find. Once in a blue moon someone, an amateur at that, sets out to make a film and for once gets it right. Made me want to go right out the same night and look at the whole Vince Gallo library to see what I missed.

This movie looks great on Blu-ray. The only thing I wish we had were some special features! All we get is a trailer. Taking one star off for lack of special features, especially on an anniversary release.

L'impronta di Vincent Gallo si vede.Quasi commovente ... a tratti duro ... surreale ma vero, introspettivo.Non sarà un capolavoro assoluto, anzi è lontano da esserlo .. ma mi sono chiesto come abbia fatto da semplice appassionato a non averlo preso in considerazione prima.Versione BluRay , nessun problema di riproduzione e copia di qualità accettabile.Non recensisco quasi mai i film perchè sono visioni soggettive ... ma non mi è dispiaciuto, di certo non un film per tutti ... a tratti (per modo di dire) pesante e troppo lento ma bello.
