I have no problems with this knife and I use it often.

After the first use the blade started to rust. The edge is incredibly sharp and holds its edge well. The rest of the blade is much to be desired. Even with proper care the blade continues to rust and pit

I was expecting some laser etched pattern on the blade. You can see in the edges of the blade the damascus pattern. Heavy in comparison to its size. Carbon steel blade so make sure you dry, and oil it after washing. I use a light coat of cutting board oil.

A bit on the beefy side ( thick blade ) but, the knife is solid.Liked the blade pattern and with this knife it is fun to cook outdoors. I am getting used to the thicker blade 🙂🙂🙂🙂
