Just wanted a fire starter to have around the house for emergencies. Works as it should, started a fire pit with no problems.

Nice little kit for an extra in a glove box or tackle box. Ferro rod is a little small, might get the medium or biggest if you want this as a primary. No issue making good sparks though.

Great flint fire starter.
A great set. It only took me three strikes to get a flame, and the first strike was removing the paint, so it really took two! just right for your bug out bag. Five stars.
