LOVE the lemongrass scent to this. In comparing this to their original gold label, this has all of the same ingredients, but more of them so this is more concentrated. Where the Gold Label would be 1x, this would be 1.5x. I started using this and also some internal DHT blocking supplements which consisted of mainly saw palmetto, nettle, pumpkin. This will block the hormones that cause your hair follicles to shrink and make your hair fall out. You should also take vitamins to increase your hair growth too. This shampoo helps it from falling out and the first time I used it, I only had a few hairs in the drain catcher. I do not get the same benefits from using their conditioner though. Pura Dor's conditioner makes my hair fall out, but I finally found that Viviscal conditioner does not make my hair fall out. It is certainly worth a try and this shampoo works excellent for me. I stocked up and bought a few bottles. Also, because it is the only shampoo in the shower, my son uses it and it has fixed his dandruff too. Pura Dor shampoo is also sold in Costco and Target. When ordering this from Amazon, just know that it is AUTHENTIC and not a knock off. This is SOLD BY Amazon which is completely different than being sold ON Amazon. The pump should arrive locked with the entire bottle sealed in plastic.This shampoo does not cause my hair to be greasy the next morning putting me in a daily washing routine, and I can go a few days without washing with this. You have to leave this in your hair for a few minutes. If you are serious about keeping the hair you have and not losing any more of it, I would highly suggest a DHT blocking supplement to take internally as well. Fixing this from inside and out has worked extremely well for me.I have been using this for a few months now and because it is in the shower, my son uses it too. We both HAD dandruff and since using this, it is gone. It is the lemongrass in this that works for dandruff. If this can't fix your issue, take some MSM internally daily too. I take the MSM and my son does not. We both use the shampoo but he shampoos more often than I do.

This shampoo is a bit pricey so I was a little sketchy but I've bought other products from this brand that I love so I figured "try anything once" . We'll I've only used it 4x and already am noticing a huge difference with my hair loss!! So I'm looking forward to see what a month..2 months down the road will be like with continuous use. Just purchased 2 more bottles. I say get it and see for yourself the difference it can make

I use 3x per week, perfect for my normal ( not dry or oily) hair. The shampoo makes my scalp & hair feel clean/smell herbal fresh and has not made my scalp itch like other hair growth shampoos did.It does require the use of a lot more product to lather. And it’s somewhat pricey. I’m fine with the price if it’ll help accelerate my hair growth and prevent hair fall. With the impressive list of ingredients, it should! It’s only 3 weeks in and too early to tell. Has not been a magic bummer for me…But it also has not made me shed any more than usual, so that’s a positive sign. I’ll update my review in a couple of months.

We all have likely different reasons for short or long term hair loss, but I just want to scream from the rooftops how happy I am, to have finally found something that made a difference for me. At 42 ( 7 years ago) I went on a diet to lower my cholesterol. The diet might have been too radical, or the start of my hair loss might have been totally coincidental. Check out my before picture collage of a full hand of hair with each hair wash, not counting the daily shedding. I kept hearing you are going through the change bs. A military dermatologist didn’t take me serious at all. At that time I had still plenty of hair to spare he thought, I guess. He said genetic Alopecia without even taking a look at my scalp. Rogaine and a lifetime commitment was his answer. No further investigation. I did not want to deal with loosing all my hair at once, if I was ever to stop Rogaine. I can not tell how much money I spent over the years on biotin, hair growth pills, collagen, scalp treatments and serums. And yes,….. I did take all of them long enough to find it didn’t work for me.I always had sensitive skin to a point where at times cosmetics gave me severe itching or burns on my scalp and face, literally. So I try to stay away from any chemicals since the start of loosing my hair as much as I can and only wash my hair every 5 days with a mild baby shampoo. My hair is very long, but so thin that blow-drying wasn’t even necessary anymore. It would just air dry within minutes.December 2021 I finally came across an article talking about DHT blocker. Upon further research I found this shampoo. With only the second wash, I noticed a huge difference in hair shedding during my shower. I rarely ever find a loose hair on my clothes between washes, so what’s pictured is a 5 days supply of hair loss since using Pura D’Or.Today I blow dried my hair as my husband walked in. My hair was so poofy, he asked if he should put on some Van Halen music:-) After only 6 weeks I feel much more confident, knowing it’s only a matter of time now, before I will enjoy going out again and socialize. Do you want hair that will get you on the cover of a romance novel? Look no further. This stuff smells great, and keeps hair strong and healthy. At least I think it does. At any rate, I like it. No complaints.
