Well over a year out of date!!!
Don’t order it says Best Before March 2023 - it’s now Sept 2024!! It tasted terrible!

Contains NO artificial sweeteners NOR stevia
This was the only electrolyte powder mix I could find that had actual sugar in it. Yes, there’s quite a bit but I didn’t find the drink to be cloyingly sweet and I made it up according to the instructions. It’s got a nice flavour with none of the weird aftertaste found with artificial sweeteners and stevia. Unlike some reviewers, I didn’t find that it dissolved fast. I had to stir it for quite a while before I saw no powder left at the bottom of the glass. I give the product a 5/5 stars…the 4 stars are for Amazon. I found it cheaper by over $11 CDN at blacktoerunning, an American company that will ship free to Canada with a $75 order.

Solid electrolyte replacement with good taste
Dissolves easily in even cold water, can easily be added to all water bottles. High in sodium which is important, but doesn’t taste overly salty- I like the lemon- lime which is very mild. Only drawback is the 30+ grams of sugar in each serving. Good value

Buen producto, buena calidad y buen precio!
Por ser intolerante al gluten, hay algunos ingredientes que me caen pesado como los azúcares tales como la dextrosa. Sin embargo en el par de semanas que llevo usándolo no he tenido molestias notables. En mi caso particular, prefiero que tenga Estevia o en este caso azúcar de caña, no tanto por el sabor amargo sino por el efecto laxante que otros edulcorantes me ocasionan. Tiene los principales electrolitos, y sabe muy rico a limonada. Había estado comprando otro producto también importado sin dextrosa, pero aparte de caro, su precio se incrementó un 50% y temía que no pudiera encontrar algo parecido. En el futuro, voy a comprar los paquetitos individuales para poder llevármelos cuando salga de viaje. Muy prácticos!
